We had a late check in about 11 pm kinda late the staff the helped us was very friendly and polite answered all our question. If fack the whole staff was great our entire stay couldnt say enough about them they were great. If we had an issuse they addressed it immediately. The room were clean and was very peaceful we had stayed several places in past 3 weeks this was definitely the best out of the four hotels we stayed in. Will well certainly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

I liked the kitchenette which was an unexpected bonus I didn't realize was available when I was booking the room. The room was a nice, cozy size and the heating unit kept the room at a very steady, comfortable temperature despite an especially cold snap.

Accommodation for a floor room .. I did ask for it at my time of reservation.but at arrival tried giving me an upstairs room.. I explained about needing a bottom room due to arthritis in my knees and was given a down stairs room ..with no hesitation..

Everything!! I get paid daily and the staff always wait till I get off work to pay my room which is helpful and stress free from for me. Everyone who works at the front desk is perfect!! Thank y'all again
